The clerks are always available to speak to and discuss your case. We will continue to liaise with you with regards to the management of your case; in respect of listings and deadlines. We ensure that clients are kept fully informed.
"Fair on Fees"
Our clerks will discuss the requirements of your case and the appropriate fee scheme ahead of any work being undertaken. Both hourly rates and/or fixed/capped fees are available. Our fees will reflect the complexity and nature of the work, its estimated duration and the experience and expertise of your chosen Counsel.

The Team
Mark Windebank LLB (Hons) (Senior Clerk)
Mark joined Chambers' as the Senior Clerk in 2015, having clerked at a well-known international set in the city. Mark offers over eleven years’ experience as a clerk. He has primary responsibility for barristers' fees and the efficient and effective management of Chambers. Mark leads our clerking and business support teams and is responsible for managing the Clerks' Room and ensuring that the high standards of Chambers are maintained.
With excellent knowledge of each of the barrister’s practice areas and strengths, he is available to discuss your needs as a client to ensure that you get the right barrister. Mark has considerable knowledge of both local and national solicitors, Courts, staff and practices.
Mark is responsible for business development and strategy; forming strong working relationships in order to understand client needs and tailoring our services accordingly. He regularly meets with clients providing them with fee and service structures.
He is a member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks and an IPMA member.
Away from chambers Mark is also a keen rugby player, surfer, sailor and family man.

Dan Fantham (First Junior Clerk)
Dan has joined chambers with over 30 years clerking experience gained at leading sets on both the Western & Northern Circuits. He has a wealth of experience & expertise in all core areas of Chambers work combined with an in depth knowledge of the working systems of the Courts and Tribunals in England & Wales.
His primary role in Chambers is to assist and support Mark with the day to day running and maintenance of the diary and case management together with the Billing and collection of fees. Dan’s years of experience gives him the skills in identifying client needs and has an acute knowledge of the barristers’ practices.
Outside work, Dan enjoys reading and watching National Hunt Racing.
Dan is a member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks.

Breandan OCaoimh (Second Junior Clerk)
Breandan joined Chambers in March 2024 having previously worked for the Courts service as a Listing Officer. Breandan will be gaining a considerable knowledge of the working of Chambers as he develops his skills as a clerk as well as bringing his experience and knowledge from previous roles to the clerk’s room. Breandan will be providing outstanding support in his dual role in the Clerks' Room: assisting with the day to day diary management, smooth running of Chambers and together with marketing and fee chasing.
Breandan will be developing his skills in identifying clients’ needs and an acute knowledge of the barristers’ practices ensuring that you are offered suitable counsel.
Breandan is a member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks.
Outside work, Breandan is a metal music and rugby fan as well as a keen science fiction reader.
Natasha Noble (Clerking Assistant)
Natasha is a dedicated Barristers' Clerk Assistant with previous experience of working in Conference and Events, looking after conferences, catering to their needs. She assists the barristers and clerks, managing schedules, organising case files, and handling legal documents. She will be strengthening her administrative and client relations. Outside of work Natasha likes travelling and relaxing.
