Newsflash : Barnaby Large reported in EAT
The Employment Appeal Tribunal (Matthew Gullick KC sitting as a Deputy Judge of the High Court) has handed down judgment in the matter of Bugden v Royal Mail Group Ltd holding that redeployment is a sufficiently well-established principle in ill health dismissal cases that the tribunal below should have addressed it as a matter of course.
