Revised Standard Order relating to NHS England

Following the merger on 1 February 2023 of NHS Digital merged with NHS England, Mr Justice Peel, Judge in Charge of Standard Orders, has issued an updated order, with the correct contact details for NHS England.

The revised order has been reviewed and approved by the Tipstaff and will be incorporated in the suite of Standard Orders upon their publication later this year.
