New (2023) Official Solicitor's certificate as to capacity to conduct proceedings

The Official Solicitor has published a revised certificate as to capacity to conduct proceedings.  The 2023 certificate has just gone live on www.gov.uk.   The revisions take into account the approach to assessment identified by the UKSC in A Local Authority (Respondent) v JB [2021] UKSC 52.

Please note that a capacity assessment on the old form may well be returned with a request that the assessor complete the new (2023) form.
