She also regularly represented Applicants, Respondents and Intervenors in private family law matters at all stages of the cases.

Claire accepts instructions in financial remedy applications on behalf of both Applicant and Respondent. She has experience in advising and representing clients from First Directions Appointment, Financial Dispute Resolution Appointments through to Final Hearing.
