The relatively recent guidance from Supreme Court on without notice applications, and what is likely to be considered ‘exceptional circumstances’ in our cases.

4.00pm – Private Children (Parental Responsibility) delivered by Asher Shane
Refresher about how this works in practice. Recent case on whether court can make order that one party can exercise PR at exclusion of other. Tips for advising clients on how best to approach these sorts of issues
